The best way to streamline the proofing and print production process is to send us a finalized, print-ready pdf. We will, however, take other file types including NDD, QXD, DOC, PPT, PUB, AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG.
To send us print-ready files, you will need to save, export, or package your design for us.
Make sure that the resolution of your artwork is at least 300 dpi and that it is set to the exact dimensions of your final printed piece.
If you need help determining the process of saving your file as a print-ready PDF, please see the links below:
We require that all graphic files be built using CMYK to ensure color accuracy prior to being uploaded.
Files submitted in RGB or using PMS colors will be converted to CMYK, which could cause a color shift in the finished product.
Including bleed in your artwork ensures that the ink will print all the way to the edge of the page without trimming off anything essential in your design.
The size of the bleed you use depends on its purpose. A document intended for print on standard paper or cover weight stock that bleeds off the edge of the printed sheet should have a bleed of at least 1/8” (0.125 inches or 9 points) on each side of the document which requires bleed.
